Kristen and Dakota Get Away With the Runaways to SXSW

Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart joined The Runaways director Floria Sigismondi last night for a screening in Austin as a part of the SXSW Film Festival. Dakota and Kristen have been all over the country promoting their film with a premiere in LA last week before Wednesday night’s big NYC event with Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, where both of the young stars opened up to us about their work on the movie. Their tour will be come to a close with the project’s opening today, and we’ll see if Kristen and Dakota fare better at the box office than Robert Pattinson’s recent non-Twilight effort – check out what Buzz thinks of Dakota and Kristen’s turns as teenage rock stars.
