Johnny Depp Flashes a Swashbuckling Smile on the Pirates Set

Johnny Depp grinned and waved at onlookers as he filmed Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides at the Royal Naval College in London yesterday. Johnny’s costar Penelope Cruz took a brief break from the production last week, leaving the UK with her sister Monica and returning showing off her baby bump in a sheer shirt on Monday. While Johnny clocked lots of time on the set in Penelope’s absence, he took advantage of a recent night off to go out with his friend Keith Richards, the inspiration for much of Captain Jack Sparrow’s character.
