WHAT a heavenly line-up. MADONNA cuddles David while JESUS holds Mercy on the singer’s 51st birthday boat trip.
The Material Girl was celebrating on a family weekend in Italian resort Portofino.
She flew by private jet straight after a concert in Warsaw on Saturday night for her Sticky and Sweet tour.
Brazilian lover Jesus Luz, 22, was there to meet her – along with her natural children Lourdes, 12, and Rocco, nine, plus her two adopted Malawian kids David, three, and Mercy, four.
Madonna hired an entire floor of the exclusive Splendido Hotel for Sunday’s bash.
Guests included fashion designers DOMENICO DOLCE and STEFANO GABBANA.
Yesterday the celebrations continued on Dolce and Gabbana’s lavish yacht.
The adopted kids wore “I Love Madonna” T-shirts while Madge jumped into the sea in a basketball kit swimsuit.
Madonna also found plenty of time to kiss and cuddle her toyboy hunk.
