George and Bikini-Clad Elisabetta Give Thanks in Mexico With Cindy and Rande

George Clooney brought Elisabetta Canalis south of the border for Thanksgiving where they joined Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. Elisabetta showed off her bikini body in the Mexican sun fresh off a week of dates in Rome with George. Clooney’s also been hard at work shooting The American in Italy, but he’s expected back in LA tomorrow for the premiere of Up In The Air. It looks like Elisabetta may be on his arm for that as she becomes more and more of a red carpet staple alongside George.
