More hot stuff from The Weather Channel, this is weather babe Kelly Cass in a hot blue top, and a peek at her hosed legs and hot heels. It would’ve been hotter if we got a better view of those legs. As I mentioned, Nicole and Heather are tops for me on the TWC, but Kelly is definitely right behind.
